Commission Form
I love bringing people’s ideas to life and would love to create more custom projects. Whether it’s a painting, a digital illustration, a series of spot illustrations, a pattern, a book or album cover or something completely different, I would love to hear your ideas and make them a reality.
Process:
Fill out the google form and tell me about your idea.
If I decide I want to work on the project I will get in touch with you and we can discuss the specifics. At this stage I will give you a quote for the project. I charge by project, not by hour and have a minimum of $80.
Once we agree to move forward I will ask you to sign a contract outlining the parameters of the project, usage, and cost. I will also ask for 25% of the price up front as a non-refundable deposit.
Next, you can expect to receive detailed sketches from me. At this point we can work on any revisions to the piece. Once you confirm the sketches, I will ask for another 25% of the price.
Once I am done with the project I will send you a low quality image of it. You can ask for 2 minor revisions. After that, each additional revision will cost an extra $10-$20 depending on the complexity of the request.
Once the project is complete, I will send you an invoice for the remaining 50% of the cost. Once I receive the payment, I will send you the high quality image in whichever formats you prefer.
Rights and Usage:
Unless otherwise agreed upon and explicitly stated in the contract, the artist retains copyright to all artwork created. You may use the art freely on social media with credit given to the artist, as well as display it in private spaces.
The artist retains the right to show the work on her social media as well as in her portfolio.
If you would like to negotiate different terms of usage, this will be done during the initial planning stage and will be reflected in the contract. Note that this may influence the price of the piece.
